All of the client information is protected and kept confidential in accordance with the "Protection of Individual Information Law". Also code of ethics of European Family Therapy Association and Turkish Psychologist Association are the foundation of all services.
Should I come to early than the appointment time?
No, please be just right on time in the office when you have an appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients have the right to cancel their session up to 24 hours in advance. However, if a client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment or does not attend the scheduled session, they are required to pay the session fee. For ensuring the continuity of the counseling and therapy framework, the 24-hour rule is important and valuable for both the client and the counselor / therapist.
How frequently counseling sessions are organized?
Generally once a week session per week. Consistent day and time arrangements are provided for each client in the session planning.
